As part of our self-appraisal exercise of JASTIP 1st Phase (2015-2020), we are examining achievements and lessons learned of JASTIP’s five-year activities based on feedbacks of participants in JASTIP. As you are an invaluable participant who contributed to implementing the 1^st Phase, we are cordially inviting you to take part in this evaluation by completing the Google-form-based survey in the link below.

The questionnaire will require approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. There is no compensation for responding nor is there any known risk. In order to ensure that all information will remain confidential and utilize for the project evaluation purpose only. The final evaluation report of JASTIP 1^st Phase, including this survey, will be publicized on the JASTIP website and to be shared with our partner institutions in ASEAN and Japan to improve our activities of the JASTIP 2^nd Phase (2020-2025)
