On 19 August 2016, Prof. Mamoru Shibayama and Assoc. Prof. Akira Takagi were the representative on behalf of Kyoto University and JASTIP to attend the opening ceremony of National Sciences and Technology 2016. In this regard, Dr.Pichet Durongkaveroj, Minister of Science and Technology, H.E Mr. Shiro Sadashima, Ambassador of Embassy Japan in　Thailand, and Dr. Thaweesak Kaonantakool, President of NSTDA, visited our Booth to discuss Jastip project in collaboration with NSTDA, and also Kyoto-ASEAN Forum 2016.
